Sound Salad

Sound Salad is a Christchurch-based duo of two brothers originally from the Mangaroa Valley in Upper Hutt, New Zealand, creating what they describe as "rooty sonic goodness." Their sound blends dubby rhythms and bass lines, lush guitar, reggae and dub influences, electronic elements, and soulful vocals into a genre-spanning live-instrument experience. They released their debut EP "Lettuce Begin" in 2023, celebrated with a release show at darkroom in Christchurch.
